CLINICS
"An Introduction to Pool" - (12pm - 2:30pm; first Sat. every mo.) This clinic is designed to give new players the basic skills to feel comfortable at the table and enjoy the game, including:
- How to select, grip and bridge the cue, how to stand at the table
- How to stroke the cue and and control cue ball speed
- An introduction to shot making and cue ball positioning
- Students receive course outline and practice guide.
Clinic Price: $35 (max six students, table time included)
"The Saturday Afternoon Pool Clinic" - (12pm - 3:30pm; last Sat. every mo.) This clinic is guaranteed to improve your skill level and give you the tools for continued improvement, including:
- The Benefits of Sound Fundamentals: Grip, Bridge & Stance
- How to Find Dead Stroke (and keep it)
- Keys to Shot Making: How to Achieve Accuracy with Consistency
- Position Play Made Easy: Keys to Speed Control, English, Follow & Draw
Clinic Price: $60 (max four students, table time included)
"The Mechanics of Playing Pool" - (12pm - 4:15pm; select Saturdays) This clinic is devoted to developing sound fundamentals, including a truly effective stroke. Good fundamentals are the surest way to improve your game, and proper stroking technique is the key to playing great pool.
Clinic Price: $75 (max four students, reservation required)
"Shot Making and Position Play" - (12pm - 4:15pm; select Saturdays) This clinic covers all the shots, as well as various targeting, aiming and kicking systems, plus the keys to great position play, with special emphasis on speed control, spinning the cue ball effectively, position strategy and the mental game.
Clinic Price: $75 (max four students, reservation required)
